Browse the experiences in your destination, pick the date and number of travelers, and click Book Now. Most experiences confirm instantly. You'll receive a confirmation email and your e-voucher within minutes of payment.

Log in to your account to see all your bookings in one place. From there you can view vouchers, contact the operator, request changes, or cancel within the policy window.

If you booked as a guest without creating an account, your confirmation email contains everything you need. Search your inbox for "BookingRadar" if you can't find it.

Cancellation rules vary by experience. Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, with a full refund. Some specialty experiences (private tours, equipment rentals, custom packages) have different policies, which are always shown clearly on the booking page before you confirm.

To cancel, log in to your account or message us on WhatsApp. Refunds typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

For instant-confirmation experiences, you'll receive both within minutes. For experiences requiring operator confirmation (some private tours, multi-day trips), you'll receive an initial email immediately and the final voucher within 24 hours, often sooner.

If you haven't received anything, check your spam folder. Then message us and we'll resend it.

Mobile vouchers work for almost every experience. Just open the email or your account and show the QR code or booking reference at the meeting point. A small number of experiences require a printed voucher (usually noted on the booking page); when in doubt, having a screenshot saved offline is a good idea.

Our team handles English, Russian, Spanish, French, Hebrew, and German, with more languages on the way. Tell us your preferred language when you message us and we'll route you to the right person.

Tour operators can register at bookingradar.com/operator/register. We work with operators who already use Bokun, Rezdy, or FareHarbor, plus operators who want to onboard manually. The full process takes a few days from application to live listing.
