We don't hide low ratings or let operators remove them. A fair picture helps travelers and pushes quality up.
No paid or incentivized reviews
We never pay for reviews, and operators can't offer discounts or gifts in exchange for a rating.

Top-rated experiences rank higher in search. Operators with repeated problems are reviewed and can be removed.

How does BookingRadar verify reviews?
Review links are sent only to travelers with a completed booking, so every review is tied to a real trip. Our team then checks each review before it is published.
Can operators edit or delete reviews?
No. Operators can reply publicly to a review, but they can't change or remove it. Only our team can remove content, and only for abuse, personal data or off-topic text.
How is the rating calculated?
The rating on each experience is the average of all published traveler ratings for it, from 1 to 5 stars. The number next to it shows how many reviews the average is based on.
Why do some experiences have no reviews yet?
New experiences are added to BookingRadar every week. Until the first travelers review them, you'll see the operator's details and what's included, all checked by our team before listing.
I didn't get a review link. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, message us with your booking reference and we'll send a new link.
Something went wrong on my trip. Should I review or contact you?
Both. Contact us first on WhatsApp so we can help right away, and then leave an honest review once it's resolved. Your review will stay up either way.
